Turkey Taters
This is a low spoons recipe that is friendly (enough) towards my type II diabetes. Combine all ingredients. Heat. Eat.

This is a low spoons recipe that is friendly (enough) towards my type II diabetes.
- 1 package bob evans mashed potatoes, family size
- 1 or 2 cans of (drained) green beans, regular cut or fancy french
- 1 can of white & dark turkey meat (or chicken)
- 1 can of turkey gravy (or chicken)
Combine all 4 ingredients. Heat. Add black pepper to taste. Eat.
For a little bit more effort, I'll use instant mashed potato flakes instead and use the liquid from the green beans as part of the water to reconstitute them.
