Eugenics is the idea that society should “improve” itself by controlling who gets to have kids, based on stuff like intelligence, health, or race.
It’s sold like science. It’s really fear, control, and old-school supremacy wrapped in a lab coat.
👎 1. It’s not science, it’s supremacy.
Eugenics was never neutral. It was built by rich white men scared of poor people, immigrants, disabled folks, and anyone who didn’t fit their mold. It’s about keeping power, not improving humanity.
🧠2. People aren't machines.
You can’t engineer a better society by filtering out humans like bad parts. Humans aren’t bad parts. Intelligence and ability aren’t fixed traits. They’re shaped by poverty, trauma, opportunity - stuff eugenics ignores.
⚠️ 3. It always ends in violence.
Forced sterilizations. Prison camps. Mass graves. Every time eugenics gets power, people suffer and die. That’s not theory. That’s history. America did it. Nazi Germany industrialized it. You can’t separate the idea from the outcome.

You want a stronger society? Give people housing, food, healthcare, education, love. Not a purity test. Not a genetic filter.
